At FLY IN, designing custom inflatable structures is a process that combines creativity, engineering and sustainability.
We start from the specific needs of our clients, developing innovative solutions. We use high-quality and recyclable materials, ensuring durable and environmentally-friendly structures.
Each project is created with great sartorial care, guaranteeing an end product that not only meets aesthetic expectations but also functional ones. Our approach is geared towards minimum energy consumption and maximum noise reduction, offering lightweight, easily-transportable and mountable structures, suitable for any location.
Our manufacturing process
Big inflatable structures, roofing and large installations require specific study. There is no standard project. Based on the requirements, the design variables, choice of materials, assembly techniques and stitching can all change.
The execution of mathematical calculations, carried out by an engineering firm, results in the directions for obtaining the maximum resistance of the inflatable structure, guaranteeing its safety in its use from theory to practice. The pieces of fabric, already cut out, are tested individually for the first time then tested again after sewing. Where necessary, the layers of fabric multiply and become integral. But that is not sufficient – once absolute compliance with the executive technical project has been verified, the structure is subjected to stress testing, before issuing the certification that allows it to be opened to the public.
This is likewise not a list but merely an example of the limits of creativity – or rather, a lack of limits.
